Meet Kristen Brickl

Kristen is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Somatic Therapist in Boulder, Colorado. Her work supports women and couples navigating midlife, with an emphasis on connection, self-trust, and a deeper relationship with themselves.

Her website introduces that work through her homepage, Work With Me page, and dedicated service pages, including intuitive readings. Visitors need room to get to know her approach and a clear way to take the next step.

For our team, the design brief centered on continuity: carrying Kristen’s existing identity into Kajabi while making the experience more practical for her and her clients.

Bringing a Familiar Brand Into Kajabi

Moving platforms involves plenty of decisions. For Kristen’s project, the direction was clear: preserve the look and feel she wanted to keep.

We recreated her website in Kajabi, including the homepage and supporting pages, with attention to how those pages connected. That meant thinking about both the familiar experience visitors would recognize and the practical steps they would take to work with Kristen.

One Work With Me Page With Clearer Choices

One practical update was combining Kristen’s previous Offers and Schedule pages into a single Work With Me page.

Bringing those decisions together gives visitors a useful place to explore how they can work with her. The page separates remote and in-person options, with remote sessions appearing first, and provides buttons for booking or purchasing the relevant session.

Our project direction also replaced an embedded scheduler with session-specific buttons linking to the Acuity booking page.

As a Kajabi web designer, we pay attention to those moments between interest and action. A visitor may feel ready to reach out; the website should help them understand where to go.

For Kristen, the benefit was tangible: she described a more streamlined booking process and easier access to client video calls.

Space for Her Work to Grow

Kristen’s vision for Kajabi extended beyond her current appointments. She wanted a place where she could bring more of her teaching to life.

Asked how she thought the update would impact her business, she said:

“I will be able to offer digital products, live workshops, and everything I want to teach in one place! This makes the client experience very seamless.”

We love the possibility in that answer. The move gives Kristen a foundation for the products and teaching experiences she wants to offer as her business develops.
