In my not-so-humble opinion, Kajabi is a FANTASTIC platform for coaches, whether you're doing one-on-one coaching, group coaching, or even digital products like self-paced online courses and coaching templates.
Creators (not just coaches) have made over 2 BILLION dollars on Kajabi in 2024 alone, and it's because this platform was built by entrepreneurs who understand the coaching business model.
They give you SO many options to bring in revenue, from single sessions to cohort-based programs, workshops, and mastermind-style groups.
At first, it can feel that Kajabi's pricing is too steep (starting at $71/month when billed annually), but when you take into consideration the fact that you get EVERYTHING, including your website, on the platform, you realize that you'd be paying much more for all these features and tools separately.

For coaches? I don't think so. Some platforms may be cheaper (at first glance), but they lack the marketing and website tools Kajabi offers, which costs you money in the long run. Kajabi also allows you to host your website, which would be a big expense if you had to do it separately. Many other platforms offer website building, like Showit or Squarespace, but these website builders don't have features like email marketing automations and funnels.
Is Kajabi Worth It for Beginners?
Yes, as long as you're serious about building your business! In my opinion, many coaches at the beginning of their career waste a lot of time trying to make different tools work together. Kajabi saves you a ton of time, and it improves your client experience, so that you can retain more clients and generate more revenue in the long run. It's an investment, but it's worth it.
Is Kajabi Easy to Set Up?
It depends. Kajabi is a robust platform, so there's a lot that you COULD set up. You may need to watch a few tutorials or get in touch with the support team to get some questions answered, but it's a very user-friendly platform overall. There are just so many features, and it can take time to learn all of them.
