A Modular Course Structure

You organize your course into modules and submodules with individual lessons inside. This keeps a big curriculum easy to navigate for your students and easy to update for you. As your course grows, the structure scales with it.

Multiple Lesson Types

Each lesson can hold video, audio, written text, and downloadable files, so you can teach in whatever format you want. There's no cap on how many lessons you add (but individual video uploads have a maximum file size). You can build a short mini-course or a deep, multi-part program in the same builder.

Setting this up does three things for you:

1. It gives clients a place to return to for information when they're not in a session with you
2. It saves you time, because the foundational things every client needs get delivered once, and you don't have to repeat it on call after call
3. It opens up a new offer, since those same materials can become a lower-priced DIY product in a funnel, with no live support required from you

In my experience, coaches often feel pressure to build something scalable, so they set out to create a whole separate course from scratch. You usually don't need to. Yes.

However, these features only pay off when your Kajabi is set up and designed to use them. A great course buried in a confusing website, or a checkout with no order bump in sight, leaves most of Kajabi's value unclaimed. The platform gives you the tools, but you need to make them work with strategy.
