Kajabi Pricing: How Much Does Kajabi Cost in 2026?
You've been eyeing Kajabi for a while. Maybe you've even Googled "Kajabi pricing" before, stared at the number, and closed the tab.
Kajabi is a premium platform, which comes with a pretty high price tag, but is it worth it? Or is it just going to blow your budget?
These are fair questions, but the better question is what you're getting with your Kajabi subscription, and what you're currently spending to piece together the same result with separate tools.
So, how does Kajabi pricing work? Let's take a closer look.
What Is Kajabi?
Kajabi is an all-in-one platform for coaches, consultants, course creators, and knowledge entrepreneurs. Your subscription comes with a ton of features, including:
- Website and landing page builder
- Online course and digital product hosting
- Email marketing
- Automations
- Sales funnels
- Checkout pages
- Community hosting
- Analytics
- Mobile app for you and your clients
- Payment processing
- Kajabi support
Every item on this list is something you'd otherwise need a separate tool for. Kajabi bundles all of it, which allows you to reduce the number of subscriptions you need to run your business.

How Much Does Kajabi Cost?
Kajabi starts at $143 per month and goes up to $399 per month, billed annually. If you prefer to pay month-to-month, plans run from $179 to $499 per month.
The annual plan saves you about 20% compared to monthly billing, so if you're committed to using the platform, paying upfront makes sense.
Kajabi Pricing and Features Explained
As of May 31, 2026, there are three Kajabi pricing plans: Basic, Growth, and Pro. Here's a closer look at what each one includes.

The Basic plan is the starting point for coaches who are building from scratch or just moving onto the platform. It gives you everything you need to launch and start selling, but it doesn't overwhelm you with a ton of features you most likely won't use.
What's included:
- 5 products
- 2,500 contacts
- 1 website
- 1 community
- 2 admin users
- 1 Backstage Pass
- 2 Expert Agents (coming soon)

What's included:
- 50 products
- 25,000 contacts
- 1 website
- 1 community
- 11 admin users

Which Kajabi Plan Do I Need?
Many coaches whom I talk to assume they need more than they actually do!
The plan you need comes down to one thing more than anything else, and it’s the number of products.
Generally speaking, if you have fewer than 5 products (“products” in Kajabi means courses or programs), you can fit your entire business into the Basic plan. If you have more than 5, that’d be a reason to upgrade to Growth or Pro.
If you’re unsure which Kajabi plan makes sense for your coaching business, that’s something I often help coaches figure out during our initial call when you reach out. More often than not, we find ways to keep costs a lot lower than expected!

Why Is Kajabi So Expensive?
Kajabi is a premium platform, and the price reflects that.
But "expensive" is relative, especially when you look at what most coaches are already paying across multiple tools. Without Kajabi, you'll likely need the following:
- Website builder
- Email marketing platform
- Course hosting
- Payment processor
- Community platform
This is not an exhaustive list, and you may need more tools to run your business.
When you stack those up, Kajabi's Basic plan at $143/month starts looking really reasonable. The Growth plan at $199/month also often comes out ahead of what coaches were already spending, with better integration and fewer headaches.
On top of that, Kajabi charges 0% transaction fees. You keep what you earn minus standard payment processing fees, regardless of how much you make on the platform.
Is Kajabi Worth the Money?
Yes. The platform earns its price, especially when you have a smart Kajabi setup that works as a smooth, automated business system.
In fact, Kajabi creators earn an average of $190K per year, with most running lean operations of two or fewer team members and working four days a week. Nearly 1,800 Kajabi creators have crossed the million-dollar mark, with more than 70 surpassing $10 million in revenue.
These are the kinds of results that you can get when you use Kajabi intentionally.
Kajabi pricing is probably worth it for you if:
- You're selling or planning to sell a digital product, course, or coaching program
- You want your website, email list, and checkout process in one place
- You're tired of troubleshooting integrations between different tools
- You're ready to automate parts of your client journey and stop doing everything manually
- You're thinking long-term about scaling past one-on-one work
Kajabi pricing is not worth it if you're not ready to commit to building your business on it. Paying $143 a month to have a half-finished website sitting in a dashboard is definitely something you want to avoid.

FAQs
Can You Cancel Kajabi Anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your Kajabi subscription at any time. If you're on a monthly plan, your access continues until the end of that billing period. If you're on an annual plan, Kajabi does not offer prorated refunds, so you'll want to be sure before committing to a full year. Your content and customer data can be exported before you leave, so you won't lose it.
Does Kajabi Take a Percentage of Sales?
No. Kajabi charges 0% transaction fees on any plan. When a client purchases from you, the payment goes to your connected Stripe or PayPal account or through Kajabi Payments. The only fees you'll pay are standard payment processing fees from whichever processor you use, which is the case on any platform. It doesn't matter how much you earn on Kajabi. You'll never pay more than your monthly or annual Kajabi pricing.
Can You Pay Kajabi Monthly?
Yes, Kajabi offers both monthly and annual billing. Monthly plans run $179/month for Basic, $249/month for Growth, and $499/month for Pro. Annual billing brings those numbers down to $143, $199, and $399 per month, respectively, which works out to roughly a 20% savings. But if you're testing the platform, monthly gives you flexibility.
Is There a Free Kajabi?
No, Kajabi doesn't have a permanent free plan. That said, it does offer a free trial period so you can explore the platform before paying. After the trial ends, you'll need to choose a paid plan to keep your account active. If you're on the fence, this can be a good way to see if you like the platform.

Should I Pay Kajabi Pricing?
Yes, but it's important to take full advantage of the platform.
Many coaches reach out to me after months of paying for Kajabi without doing much with it. They signed up with good intentions, but got lost in the setup and ended up with a half-built site and a recurring charge they feel guilty about.
That's not a Kajabi problem. Kajabi can run your coaching business as an amazing system. But the system has to be built, configured, and connected by someone who knows what they're doing.
That's what I help coaches with in my Kajabi Coach Accelerator.
It's a done-for-you buildout of your full Kajabi platform that includes:
- Offer and Product Strategy
